Attendee information

Our conference sessions this year include a range of technical and business sessions with top-quality speakers. See the full programme HERE. Key information below:

Conference registration and enquiries desk

The registration desk is in the Woolshed Complex at the InterContinental Sanctuary Cove Resort, where the conference will be held. The desk opens at 8.30am on the Wednesday, and at 7.30am on Thursday and Friday. At the desk you’ll receive your lanyard, which contains your name badge and a small conference programme. Please wear your lanyard to all conference sessions and events as it’s your ticket to get in.

Conference app

We have a conference app with details of our programme, sponsors, and speakers. Visit Google Play or the App Store and download the Event Portal for Eventbrite app. Enter the event code NZPlumbing19.

Please allow notifications, as any changes or updates to the conference programme will be sent via notification. If you need help accessing the app, find a step-by step instruction sheet HERE or ask the friendly people at the registration desk.

Transfers and check-in

Transfers to and from the InterContinental Sanctuary Cove Resort are not included as part of conference registration and you will need to make your own arrangements. Check in at the resort is 3pm and check out is at 11am. Breakfast at the Cove Café is provided each day as part of your accommodation package.

Accompanying children

Children are unable to attend the Marley and Dux Fun Night at Paradise Country or the NZ Plumbing Awards Dinner. If you need to arrange babysitting, Sanctuary Cove recommends Heaven Sent Help. You can contact them directly at www.heavensenthelp.com.au

Kangaroos are known to wander through the Sanctuary Cove grounds, so please tell your children to keep an eye out for them. We don't recommend approaching them.

Photos

We hope you take plenty of photos and videos of your experiences at the conference. If you are posting to your public social media profiles, use the hashtag #nzplumbingconference and follow everyone else’s experience.

Product showcases

This year’s conference has a range of product showcases rather than trade stands.  A number of our sponsors will be presenting their new products during the business sessions, and we are sure you will learn a lot from their presentations.
