New Zealand Plumbing Conference 2022 – Terms and Conditions

COVID-19
As per venue and government requirements, all conference delegates must be fully vaccinated. Vaccination passports will be required to be shown to staff during registration at the conference.

If the conference is unable to proceed due to COVID-19, Master Plumbers will work with the venue and accommodation providers to postpone it.

Code of Conduct
All delegates are required to agree to the Conference Code of Conduct when registering for the conference. It states:

I agree:

  • treating all staff, and other delegates with consideration and respect
  • acting responsibly with regard to alcohol consumption
  • complying with all requests from Master Plumbers staff or event staff

I understand that if I breach the Code of Conduct, I may be expelled from the conference without a refund, and may face disciplinary action.

Conference Photographer
A Conference photographer and videographer may be onsite during the Conference and social functions and these photos and film may be used for future Conference collateral and promotion. If you do not want your photograph taken, please ensure you (it is your responsibility) inform the photographer that you do not give permission for your photo to be taken at the time.

Health and Safety
Master Plumbers and all conference venues are required to provide a safe and healthy environment for all attendees at the Conference. This includes ensuring compliance with all government and Ministry of Health requirements for COVID-19, and extends to ensuring the conference operations do not place the local community at risk of any injury, illness or property damage.

All measures within our ability will be undertaken to ensure that attendees are as informed as possible about potential risks or hazards they may face whilst attending the Conference. All attendees will need to ensure that all health and safety concerns, and all accidents or near misses are immediately reported to the health and safety officer on site.

All attendees are encouraged to be responsible at all times, and to promote a safe and healthy working environment for the entire Conference duration.

If you are unable to attend the conference you may assign your registration to another person. If they are not a member, they will be required to pay the additional registration fee for non members.

COVID-19
