How it all works
Master Plumbers has secured a very limited number of rooms at the Quest Woolloongabba to offer accommodation options for the upcoming conference. This year’s booking process will be a bit different from previous years. To reserve your room, please follow steps 1-4 below.
Step 1 - See what your room looks like

Step 2 - Reserve your room(s)
- Click the button below – this will take you to the reservation form. Submitting this form will reserve your room.
- If you need to book multiple rooms, you can do so by selecting ‘Add another attendee’ during the reservation process.
- This year Master Plumbers is NOT taking payment for your accommodation.
- Return to this page for Step 3.
Step 3 - Payment
Master Plumbers is NOT taking payment for your accommodation.
Once Master Plumbers has received your room reservation and you have received the confirmation email, we will provide the details to Quest Woolloongabba. Then the following process will take place.
- Between now and 30 days prior to arrival, you will receive an email from Quest Woolloongabba with a link to securely provide your credit card details. This will lock-in your booking with them and you won’t need to pay anything till you arrive. This email will come from “Quest Woolloongabba”, so be sure to check your junk folder so you don’t miss it.
- The full balance of your accommodation will be payable on arrival.
Step 4 - You're all set
Once your credit card information has been received by Quest Woolloongabba, you have completed your accommodation reservation!
REMINDERS:
- Master Plumbers will not be processing any accommodation payments this year. Instead, the hotel will handle payments directly.
- Quest Woolloongabba will contact you between now and 30 days prior to arrival with a link to securely get your credit card information.
- The accommodation balance will be payable upon arrival.

Update: Rydges South Bank Sold Out
Important Notices
Update 3/12: We have secured a very limited amount of rooms at the Quest Woolloongabba for incredible prices! More information above.
Update 29/11: We found Quest Hotels close to the Brisbane Convention and Exhibition Centre for prices similar to the Rydges rooms we were holding. The prices at the Quest currently sit at a reasonable level, however, we anticipate them increasing them very soon. Get in before they do!
Update 27/11: We are SOLD OUT of our reserved rooms at Rydges South Bank Hotel Brisbane.
Update 22/11: We’ve just learned that the NRL Magic Round — where every team plays at Brisbane’s iconic Suncorp Stadium — will be taking place right after the NZ Plumbing Conference, from Friday, 2 May to Sunday, 4 May.
To avoid disappointment, we strongly recommend you book your conference accommodation as soon as possible.
