Registration

Member early bird tickets can be purchased for full financial Master Plumbers and their partners/employees with a maximum of 10 individual registrations per purchaser.


Accommodation at Rydges South Bank
Rates at are for room only for the duration of your stay and are subject to availability.

Accommodation is booked on the following basis:

  1. Once you have made a booking request, we will pass this to Rydges South Bank.
  2. Between booking and 30 days prior to arrival, you will receive an email from Rydges via Sertifi requesting your credit card details to pay for one night’s accommodation to secure your booking. The Rydges will then take payment from your credit card. Your accommodation is not confirmed until this payment has been made.
  3. You must provide your credit card details via Sertifi by 28 March at the latest. If you do not do so, your booking may be cancelled.
  4. The balance of your accommodation will be payable on arrival.

General cancellation

Rooms may be cancelled more than 30 days from arrival, but after that time cancellation fees will apply.   

If you cancel between 30-14 days prior to arrival, the 1st night deposit will be collected and retained as a late cancellation fee. 

If you cancel between 14-0 days prior to arrival, Rydges will charge the credit card on file for 100% of the accommodation cancelled.

Code of Conduct
All delegates are required to agree to the Conference Code of Conduct when registering for conference. It states:

I agree:

  • treating all staff, and other delegates with consideration and respect
  • acting responsibly with regard to alcohol consumption
  • complying with all requests from Master Plumbers staff and event staff

I understand that if I breach the Code of Conduct, I may be expelled from the conference without a refund and may face disciplinary action.


Conference Photographer/Videographer
A Conference photographer and videographer may be onsite during the Conference and social functions and these photos and film may be used for future Conference collateral and promotion. If you do not want your photograph/video taken, please ensure you (it is your responsibility) inform the photographer/videographer that you do not give permission for your photo/video to be taken at the time.


Health and Safety
Master Plumbers and all conference venues are required to provide a safe and healthy environment for all attendees at the Conference. This extends to ensuring the conference operations do not place the local community at risk of any injury, illness or property damage.

All measures within our ability will be undertaken to ensure that attendees are as informed as possible about potential risks or hazards they may face whilst attending the Conference. All attendees will need to ensure that all health and safety concerns, and all accidents or near misses are immediately reported to the health and safety officer on site.

All attendees are encouraged to be always responsible, and to promote a safe and healthy working environment for the entire Conference duration.


Cancellation Policy


General
If you are unable to attend the conference you may assign your registration to another person. If they are not a member, they will be required to pay the additional registration fee for non-members.

Any applicable refunds will be paid after the conference as per the table below.

Cancellation prior to 24 February 2025 – 75% of total conference fee to be refunded
Cancellation prior to 24 March 2025 – 50% of total conference fee to be refunded
Cancellation prior to 11 March 2025 – 25% of total conference fee to be refunded
Cancellation after 11 March 2025 – no refund is payable.
