Michelle has over 20 years experience in Human Resources and Organisational Development, operating at senior levels across a wide array of industries including distribution, manufacturing, primary industry and local government.

In 2016, she launched Hatch Talent Ltd with her business partner Julie Brophy.  Hatch provides coaching and learning programmes for corporate customers across the Asia Pacific region.  Hatch helps businesses lift individual and team performance, engagement and wellbeing through individual coaching, team coaching, workshops, seminars as well as longitudinal development programmes.
